Went to this store for the 1st time and i was not impressed with the staff no smiles no hey hows it going nothing we felt un welcome to tell you the truth wont come again please train your staff in customer service

This is a terrific store wheelchair accessible lots of parking really friendly knowledgeable staff that give you the time not pressure you when you're going over there awesome selection of everything. one of the best things is that it is locally owned gives you that mom and pop vibe definitely will return

products , AND... Dont forget to get your FREE stamp reward card!!!!! NO FEE for receiving discounts,deals,or receiving discounts updates, I've shopped alot of Bud stores,Cannabis shops, Head shops, I find they lack a user friendly staff, they charge you a fee to enjoy discounts, they have a ' What's on the menu is what we got', salesmanship attitude, and their discount products never seem to change.....EVER!!! my name is Rae B. and I'm a 'chronically regular' customer of GrassRoots..and when you have limited green to spend, you get rewarded for your purchase, No matter what the price of your purchase is. Staff happily tests products so you know you can trust their knowledge about their products .( #1 Important consumer rule, Make sure they know their products!!),If your a Groot who cares about hoots, get yourself down to 'GrassRoots'!!!!

Life has its up and downs and it was met with great customer service by ashley. very knowledgable on her product that she is selling which is hard to come by. i took her recommendation today on a budget , she worked with me to find a stain of indica that is the best bang for my buck but also gets me what i need as i was quite impressed when she remembered that i am indica and indica only. if anyone is looking for direction in there Pot Path i would highly recommend ashley at grassroots as she can give you a good base to try but just know everyone is different which is why workers like ashley help you direct to a strain that meets what you are looking for. sometimes it just takes trial and error, all in all 9/10m cause no ones perfect.
