I called to ask if they could do just estate taxes, and was told yes. I set up the file and went to appointment today. Worker hadnt even reviewed my file. Said she was not allowed to access T3, but i could drive into Capilano or Bonnie Doon. Not impressed.

Had my taxes done by the manager at this office. She quickly noticed through conversation, I was entitled to be claiming my step daughter a dependent. As I result I got quite abit of extra money on my return. She also helped me file CTB papers. Very professional and personable lady. Definitely will be dealing with her next year.

Avoid going here if possible! Are appointment started 35 minutes late, we were the only ones there. I was told that the tax preparer was experienced in doing the taxes I needed done. He had no idea! I had to show him how to do everything, then tried to charge me over $500 to file. Don’t recommend going here at all!

It’s been 1 full month and I’m still waiting for my tax return. I always went to Leduc HnR block and the guy tells me that there was information missing from my 2022 return. Ummm sir, you are the guy who done my taxes that year. Where is my tax return?Extremely unprofessional, disappointing, and over a 6 hour wait, while we watched others just walk in and get helped. I’m still waiting for my tax return and it’s been a month. Yeah HnR block you lost a family of customers because my family and I always went to you. Next year we will take our business elsewhere

Set an appointment 2 days ago online for 12 noon. Receptionist left shortly after I handed her my basic information, leaving the front desk completely unattended. Waited for an hour and a half then eventually left. There were people in the waiting room warning people to go elsewhere when they arrived. I wish I had heeded the warning on my arrival

Absolutely brutal. If it wasn't for the fact that I couldn't wait for my return, I would have filed myself.4 hours and still waiting to get in. I've seen people with appointments wait over an hour to be seen. They have no work load management in place.If you're not desperate for the instant refund, don't waste your time.Only saving grace was Candy. She gets 5 stars! She took me in over her lunch in order to get me out of there. She did a fantastic job on my taxes and was very helpful in getting me the most out of it.

Booked an appointment with a “tax expert” for some advice/help with some things on my personal tax return. Upon arrival the music in the lobby was incredibly loud and the receptionist was very pushy and rude. I was literally greeted with a we were actually hoping you’d be another no show rather than a hello how can we help you. I was 10 minutes early for my 11 o’clock appointment and it wasn’t until just after noon that they finally called my name. When I got into the cubicle my “expert” they paired me with thought I was there to do my taxes not just to have some questions answered even though I made it very clear when booking what my intentions were. She had never seen/heard of the documents from the CRA that I presented to her so she approached a colleague to ask them and they weren’t even able to help me. Thank you so much H&R block Leduc for wasting my time and leaving me with a terrible headache. If you’re considering going here to get your taxes done do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. If I could leave negative starts in my review I would.

What a Joke, this place needs to improve. I just walked out. No communication, make an appointment and still wait for two hours. Only reason I go and pay at places like this is for convenience, I’ll file my own taxes thank you.

I've tried to call in and ask what's going on with my tax papers I've dropped off (13 calls later with last 2 days) and I've still yet to have someone pick up a phone. Then I go in and all I get is there very busy yet there servers are down?
