“Hello. After being in Sherwood park. And the man not knowing what I was looking for. I called the store the next day. Asked for the manager. It was him!! No way. I was now lost in space with a manager who doesn’t know what I want. Nor did her even bother look on his little store catalog. So if he is the manager what a serious problem they have. I called Leduc store. I was helped right an away. The lady knew what I was asking for. Took the time to give me different options and was happy to do so. Now that was old time service. Someone else go listened and went as far as the catalog would go. Thank you CRYSTAL! Great customer relations thank you”
