When you call a transmission shop to see if they have the discontinued parts for your transmission before you bother taking it there. Before you can tell them what piece you’re looking for they tell you they’re a transmission shop not a parts store with a certain level of arrogance on the phone! Hope they treat their other customers better than that.Called three other places Nobody had a problem looking ,very respectable about it but they weren’t able to get the part I needed. Good luck to anybody that takes her stuff here hope it works out

Figured out I needed a new alternator. I went to them cause they were close to my work. When I took it in they charged me 400 to tell me that I needed a new alternator. which I told them going into the shop in the first place. They then quoted me a grand to replace the alternator. The alternator was only 420 and it took me 45 minutes to replace myself. If I could give less stars I could. Please take your car somewhere elseService: Auto battery maintenance

Excellent customer service. We went there because we needed our AC fixed on toyaota tacoma truck that needed to be done to be able to go back to work in Fort McMurray. They took our truck in right away, stayed late to finish it and called me the next morning. They also didn't have to re-charge my AC, so that saved me 100$. Highly recommend for service, price and quick turnaround.

Do not trust these clowns with your vehicle. They like to play the guessing game and replace parts that were just replaced. Then slap you with a giant bill and still have no idea what's wrong. I will never use them again. My truck went in with an engine light and came out with two more lights on and now it won't shift. Clowns

Unfortunately for KD and Icon Automotive, I have nothing positive to say. My friend was charged a ridiculous amount of money for a 15-minute diagnostic test which was inconclusive. She was told that there appeared to be an emissions issue, but further testing (at an additional cost, of course) would be required to determine the root cause.Unsatisfied, I took the vehicle to another shop. They performed a diagnostics test for free. They determined that the cause of the problem was a faulty gas cap and required no further testing. Problem solved.The Icon Automotive bill amounted to $162.23 which included taxes and shop supplies, which works out to $600.00 per hour for the 15 minutes spent performing the diagnostics test.I am grateful for the integrity shown by the second shop and they will certainly be getting my future business along with a five-star Google Review. They have renewed my faith in human decency and honest business practices.As for Icon Automotive, I am disgusted by their unethical and morally corrupt business practices. I will be sharing this cautionary account with others in my industry so that no one else will have to experience this type of unscrupulous and nefarious behaviour from this business.* Begrudgingly, I had to give them one star in order to post the review.i appreciate your response however the problem is fixed for 4 dollars. the math works out to almost 700 dollars an hour. you had the option to return her money. now you have lost a large number of clients. yes the gascap was a 1 minute youtube video after having the error code to fix. this is several times ive used you for my work and im fed up with overcharging, ridiculous time frames and never fixing anything.

Staff ensured that my vehicle would be ready for me before the shop closed for the weekend, super honest and transparent about everything with my car. They even gave me part numbers for items so I can ensure I have the proper tools I might need for any future personal work. Was worried about having to spend an arm and a leg but prices were very reasonable and fair. Will be reccomending this shop to friends and family !!! Thank you
