Waste of time. Was told to have my car in for 10, had it there for 9:45, told it would be 2 to 3 hours for the work to be done. I told them I had to wait for it. I walked down the road to sit in a restaurant, spent and hour there, and got back to impulse at 11:10 and my car hadn't even moved from where I parked it. They said they were running behind. Almost an hour and a half wasted. It's my only day off and now I have to take it someplace else. Like at least call and say you are running behind, or get me to bring it in later. Don't waste customer's time.

Needed a thorough >100k service for my Rex and Justin came through with a crazy good quote with 10% first timer discount! They did an amazing job and even let me use the shop truck to drive to work for which I’m super grateful. Adrian even threw in a free wheel alignment working after hours just to get it done (thanks again). 10/10 highly recommended these guys are a hard working trustworthy crew and my Subie runs smoother than a hot knife through butter, definitely exceeded my expectations. To top it off, they have THE MOST SWAG in Leduc, trust. Can’t get any cooler than these guys, if you want a reliable job done at an affordable rate go to Impulse, I promise you they will take the best care of you.

I was having some trouble with my command start so I stopped in to see if I could book an appointment to get it fixed. They fit me into their busy schedule and were so professional and accommodating. This is the second time I’ve had my vehicle into their shop and I highly recommend these guys! They go above and beyond and are so reasonable with their prices. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back! 10/10.
