I ordered Nokian Hakka 10 tires (275/55/20) from KAL tire for our Ram 1500. They obviously did not read/do their due diligence when I came in and installed smaller (but more expensive tires) that should not be on our truck. After picking up our truck, I noticed it was off and called them-then had to return a week later to get the correct size (that I initially ordered). The Manager, Dalen Cervo, asked us not to drive to preserve tires for resale and showed VERY little concern for the inconvenience/safety issue they created. Unfortunately can't recommend due to poor management. If that wasn't enough, they also left a nice scratch on my brand new rims. Avoid at all costs! After looking at some of the other reviews, it's time to find another place that can admit their fault, don't deceive their customers and aren't so incompetent.Edit/Update: Management reached out and rectified their mistakes. They apologized and replaced all four rims.

I came to this place today to change my summer tires to winter ones. an hour later a woman comes out and says that they cannot replace it because they cannot unscrew one bolt. I was offered to come another day when the journeyman would be there. When I arrived home, I noticed that they had erased the edges of the bolt. 1 . how does a place like this work without jorneyman? 2. How do you let a client with such a breakdown go on the road? 3. If you spoil a part, be responsible to your client and tell him the whole truth.

Two guys were unloading studded tires over the side of the back of my truck.They left a long deep scratch on my box side from the studs. Not at all happy about that!They were very expensive aswell l, but they got my truck in right away.

Edited. Had some minor issues after the installation of my new tires at this location, spoke with the manager Dalen, and got first hand, no delayed customer support from him and his team. I’m confident with the service at this location and will be back.

Amazing prompt customer service. Very friendly staff that were knowledgeable and very accommodating to schedule restraints and indecisiveness. The after purchase customer care also goes above and beyond.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish when I booked my car in for new tires and dropped it off. I will definitely return to this Kal Tire location - they recommended tires for my Ford Escape and I’m very happy with their recommendations and the work done.

They were awesome. I went in because I was concerned about a leak. They cleaned some residual fluid from a repair from another shop which made it look like it was leaking. They took the time to look over everything else. Thanks so very much. I will definately be back.

Great experience! Very fast, friendly and efficient service. They did not upcharge on parts or labour like other shops or dealerships try to do. My car was fixed quickly and they communicated any updates with me along the way. Kal Tire will definitely be my go-to for any car repairs in the future. Highly recommend!

Very honest, efficient, and courteous. My favourite place to bring my vehicle. They also tell you how much it will cost you on the phone before you bring your vehicle in, and that’s exactly what you pay. Thank you Kal Tire for the wonderful service.

Although I'm sure they do great work. The choice in rim style and pricing was really high. I was thoroughly surprised at the lack of wheel options this company can obtain. Makes it hard to want to spend money with them when you have such limited choice.

I am thoroughly disappointed in the downfall of service I received in this past month.I booked a simple, regular seasonal tire change over before a trip I was taking out of town.Before the appointment (in the Leduc location) my sensors were absolutely fine and my vehicle was operating perfectly well.It’s a 2020, I drive A LOT for work and I hold a high standard for a reliable, working vehicle.After my appointment, the check engine light was on, prompted by the TPS sensor.I was advised to drive around for 20 minutes so that the reader could pick up the tire pressure. At no time was I advised of the “dead battery in the sensor”.I drove around and revisited the store, advising once again that the check engine light was still on. They “re-set the reader” and sent me on my way stating that it should pick up the tire if I drove for another 20 minutes.I don’t have all day to drive around or the money at my disposal to drive simply for leisure.The next day, to no avail, the check engine light was still on. I had to leave for my trip and drove several hundred kilometres, anxiously with the check engine light still on.This is unacceptable.I booked a different appointment at the northside, Albany location to get this sorted out.I explained the situation and notified them that I felt it was odd that my vehicle was perfectly fine before I took my vehicle to Leduc.I was advised that there is no way that the techs could have broken my sensor while doing the tire rotation but that they would look into it. Ok, no problem. THREE hours later (I waited in the lobby), I was advised that I had a slow leak in a separate tire and that the original sensor that was broken had a dead battery… those batteries should last up to 10 years so this baffled me that it happened to die the very same day and hour my car was being worked on… not suspicious at all…I asked that the tire be repaired and was advised to get the sensor battery replaced at my dealership. Great, booked an appointment for that.During the tire repair, the North Side location BROKE a TPS sensor on another tire. Perfect. Now I’m REALLY stressing, driving around with not only ONE sensor down, but TWO until my scheduled appointment at my dealership. Even though I was advised that there is no way that the original tech could have broken the ORIGINAL broken sensor.This is highly unacceptable.I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward and I do NOT recommend Kal Tire, at any location.

First experience was good. Second time here the staff putt staggered fit tires on wrong. 275 on the driver's side and 245 on the passenger side. Hard to trust them again if the staff can't pass tires 101.

We had our summer tires put back on the rims and then on the car. We had to make an appointment for that. All good since I prefer appointments. After the job was completed we noticed the sensor on one wheel was not working. We took the car back so the could fix the problem. They told us we had to make another appointment. This show me they do not care about their customers. It also shows they do not guarantee theii work. They knew we were 45 minutes out of town and when we told them they suggested leaving it today. Silly suggestion. How were we to get around without our car?
