Bought tires online from black circles, they shipped to LA Nissan for install and scheduled the day and time. Followed up and did a courtesy quick vacuum. Nice touch!

If you are in the market for a new vehicle, head on over to LA Nissan and ask for Tevin. He was patient and kind with me during my vehicle search. I live an hour away from Leduc, so travelling to look at vehicles was a challenge. He took the time and posted MANY videos of vehicles that he thought may interest me. He went above and beyond! I will be recommending him to family and friends. Thank you Tevin for your top notch customer service.

I had a very frustrating experience at L.A. Nissan in Leduc. I made multiple trips, driving a total of 3 hours, only to be told that a deposit came in 5 minutes before I walked in—despite the fact that I had given my credit card information 3 hours earlier. In today's world, giving out credit card details is serious, and I expected more transparency.
The miscommunication was a major issue. Not only was there confusion between the sales team and me, but it also seemed like there was a breakdown in communication internally, leading to this whole situation. I was hoping they would value customer loyalty, as I had purchased a Nissan Maxima from them in the past. Considering how far they are from Edmonton, you'd think they would treat returning customers with more care.
Their lack of communication and professionalism left me feeling like my time and trust were completely disregarded. I can’t recommend this dealership based on my experience.

The staff at LA Nissan are wonderful. My partner and I had some very negative experiences at other dealerships, so our experience at LA Nissan was a relief. Abhi helped us through the process and was very helpful without being at all pushy. Ish and Daime of the finance department helped get us all set up quickly so we could take our new purchase home asap. They were all very accommodating and flexible. A much needed change from the traditional sales-focused dealerships. Highly recommend.
