After fix the bumper of of my 2018 Mazda cx-5, I got my car back like this condition. Now thay arguing, it is not there mistak. Blaming dealership & thay blaming this body shop. Actually it is my mistake!! I should to choose some one professional ?.
Stay away from this place.

I had a truck stolen from a work site and the great guys at O.E Motors recommended Luduc Auto Body after my insurance informed me a auto body shop will need to do the appraisal before OE would be able to do mechanical repairs. OE trusted thier relationship with Bob by recommending him, however when it came time to do mechanical inspection not only did Bob not repesct my wishes and his relationship with OE he took the truck somewhere else. To finish it off he had 2 weeks after i brought the keys to get a cleaning and mud flaps done but when I showed up in the afternoon of morning it was supposed to done at the latest he showed up at seating area where I was sitting with one of my staff and just flew off the handle. This management is clearly over worked or incapable of meeting my expectations of adequate communication and commitment. I do not recommend using them and consider it a big mistake not visiting this place before allowing them to work on my truck.Additional when I pointed out issues he said it was because they still had not done initial inspection.Edit: the following day I received a bill for this inspection that apparently hadn't been done!

Had vehicle towed to wreckers without consent and before I could get my belongings out of it. Truly rude and unprofessional staff when try to speak to them. Got hung up on for asking where I could find my vehicle. Save yourself the trouble!! Stay Clear!

Vehicle was towed from there care to Copart with out any notification so I could not grab my personal belongings in time or know where the vehicle I still legally owned was. Only found out from my adjuster this information, when I asked Resha she was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone and actually did not give me the lot number or details for where my vehicle is. Very disappointed in this place, recommend to take your repairs to a more trust worthy place Pat & Cec's Auto Repair Ltd.

In 43 years of driving I have never had to deal with an insurance claim and repair. Bob and staff at Leduc Auto Body were my saviours! From the get go they totally took over all correspondence etc, with the insurance company, booked my rental car, arranged pickup and repairs were completed a week early. I was overly impressed in how quick and easy they made this experience for me, it was greatly appreciated. 100% recommended.Services: Auto detailing
