Great staff working at the front desk, my fiancée got new tires and rims and they came in within a few days. Prices were reasonable and quality of products sold there are high-end and again reasonable pricing.

I have a 2023 f150 and I recently took it to Leduc Hitch to get accessories put on. After having some trucks done up in the past by other truck accessory stores, I was tired of getting fisted by the greedy and deceitful owners. I WONT TRUST ANYBODY ELSE TO DO MY TRUCK!!!
They put on a front lift to keep my suspension as close to stock as possible (I have a tremor), bigger tires, rims, roll-up box cover, paint protector and mudflaps. The truck looks fantastic and all the products are top notch.
A huge thanks to the team at Leduc Hitch and I wish them all tons of success in the future. Once I have more disposable income I'll be back for some lighting mods!

We bought a fifth wheel trailer hitch and I’ve never been treated with so much care and attention by a business. From advice on what to buy, to installation, to follow up — every step of the process was seamless, very timely, and attentive. The work was really well done, on time, and priced very competitively! We are highly satisfied customers. Our rep was Mandy and she was both knowledgeable and super friendly. We will be purchasing all our RV parts/accessories from Leduc Hitch from now on. We can’t recommend this business enough! I would give a ten star rating if I could. If there is something you want or need for your RV or truck just ask. If they don’t have it, they’ll either order it or recommend where you might find what you’re looking for. We saw a guy ask for some special part or accessory or something (I don't know what he called it) and they didn’t have it but the man behind the desk went online to search it for him. Thats exceptional, good old fashioned customer service! Five stars, Leduc Hitch!

Super helpful and friendly staff/owners, I got a patriot 18k slide hitch for my fifth wheel at Leduc hitch. It was in stock and ready to pickup right away, they even loaded it into my box with the forklift. Came back a few weeks later to get an adjustable hitch for towing my other trailer, they helped me pick out a hitch and gave me some great advise on removing an old rusted on reducer.Overall a great local shop.The only down side is that they do charge more for some of the hitches they carry. The fifth wheel hitch I got was priced at about market value (basically the same as everywhere else I looked) but the same adjustable hitch that I purchased here was available from several different retailers for about 20-30% less than I paid (same shank, ball size and height).I like supporting local shops, but you could save a lot of money depending on what you get, so just check prices before you decide to buy.

I called Rob at noon and was able to get a slip tank installed that afternoon. I drove from Calgary to Leduc and it was well worth the trip. Rob and Levi treated me like a king. Would highly recommend Leduc Hitch for all your truck needs.

Let's start with the positive.....super friendly people.Now for the one star....the return policy states you can return items if unused and in original packaging. Not only was I compliant in both of those but the product hadn't even left the store. So I'm out $1000.... as they would not return.
