Kalina was quick to help overcome any obstacles we had, in order to have our vehicle serviced.
She went above and beyond to make sure Hyundai Leduc accomodated us, and offered different options that would suit our barriers and needs.

This vehicle purchase put far more stress on my family than I ever expected.
We’re a single-income household, and spending $35,000 on an SUV in January 2025 was a major financial decision for us.
Because we live nearly 700 km away, I was told the vehicle would be delivered by truck and trailer. Instead, it arrived driven, not transported, with a strong smoke odor, no detailing, and half a tank of fuel. My family had been excited, and the disappointment was immediate.
When I called to get clarity, I was surprised by a comment from a manager along the lines of, “What, do you want me to shine your shoes too?” It made me feel brushed off during a moment when I was already stressed about the situation.
We agreed on a $1,000 refund, but weeks turned into months of waiting, unanswered calls, and vague updates. At one point, I was only able to reach someone after using a different name when calling the dealership, which was frustrating and disheartening.
Eventually, I contacted the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council, provided the details of the situation, and the refund was finally issued in August 2025 — seven months after the purchase.
More recently, I also received an email from the sales manager that felt unprofessional, referring to me as “bubba” and “bubz.” After everything my family had already been through, that kind of tone added even more stress to an already difficult experience.
While I’m relieved the refund eventually came through, the entire process took a real emotional toll on my household and turned what should have been a happy moment into months of frustration.
If you buy from this dealership, I strongly recommend getting every detail and commitment in writing.

Good experience!
Pros:
- salesman Victor made sure the vehicle was clean and detailed, took us for a test drive near closing and stayed after hours, along with finance and the manager to ensure our deal was closed and all papers were signed off that day
- Vehicle was dropped off at our house with no extra charge
- Great price, great vehicle
Cons:
- Slightly pushy to get the vehicle off the lot. We couldn't pick it up until insurance was updated and the wrong vehicle model was written on our bill of sale.
- I contacted our salesman in the morning and waited all day for the correction, I called the dealership myself at the end of the day and had it corrected and sent over within 10 minutes.
- Both FOBS came with low battery, a quick trip to Canadian Tire solved the issue

Very good dealership I’ve dealt with a few different staff from different departments and all have been very nice and welcoming. The service department is mostly who I see and Luke in particular was very good at making this last experience a very good one.

The service department at Leduc Hyundai has provided me with excellent service over the years and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable dealership. I have been going there for a number of years now and find the service department to be very friendly and helpful and they Always answer my questions. They complete the work in a timely fashion and provide my vehicle back to me on time and cleaner than it was when I took it in. I really appreciate the service there.

Although it was less than ideal to be without my vehicle for over a month while waiting on back-ordered parts, Luke went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and in another vehicle while my car was at the dealer and kept up to date on the status of the repair. Sad that I have 3 trips with my 2024 Kona due to electrical issues. Have certainly lost trust in Hyundai especially because I had a 2017 Santa Fe fand we know the engine issues with that
