Lube City Leduc August 27, 2024. Spoke to Ramir Remoroza, Shop Manager, by phone as we were concerned our AMA battery was experiencing loss of charge and had put trickle charger on for three days and state of health of battery was a concern. As we drove in Ramir asked excellent questions and was ready in a bay when we arrived. He examined battery and had a battery test done, checked starter voltage and confirmed that everything looked aok. The trickle charger and the drive in resulted in charge of 100 percent and normal voltage. Ramir was not attempting to sell a new battery when not needed. However, Ramir and Lube City Leduc fosters trust - will definitely purchase a new battery in the future. Thank you, Ramir! In the Past: Jared and Ramir, Lube City Leduc, provided timely and efficient service immediately upon entering the service bay. As a first timer I was impressed with how professional and personable Jared was as he described the oil change options (I selected the best synthetic for durability) and commenced the visual inspection. Jared thoroughly explained and reported the service checklist in detail. Jared examined the battery and I thought I would have it replaced sooner rather than risk harsh temperatures later. Jared immediately hunted up battery specifications and found the model was in stock. Jared requested my AMA card, and voila a discount. Ramir, who did the synthetic filter install and inspection underneath, assisted Jered with old battery removal, cleaning the battery base, preparing the posts and install of the new battery. Ramir explained the AMA warranty and reassured me that if there was a battery difficulty simply bring the truck in and it would be looked after. Ramir and Jered clearly are an exceptional tag team at Lube City Leduc. Will definitely be a return customer. Thank you:).

I'm not very impressed. I wanted to get an oil change as I just got back from a long road trip, and lube city is the only one in town open on Sundays. Was unable to get an oil change cause my vehicle is too new.... it wasn't in their system? 2024, I've been to Jiffy Lube twice, and there were no issues getting oil changes but turned down for one at Lube City. Definitely will not be back.
