I wanted to see if Mark's would do a straight across trade of 2 pairs of levis (never worn with tags still on and no reciept) for 2 pairs of the same style only with a slightly bigger waist size. They had 2 pairs in stock, they fit and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Good customer service.

I was shopping for a pair of hikers and pickleball shoes and was taken care by Miquela. She was attentive and cheerful and offered several options of footwear to try on.
I ended up buying 2 pairs, happy camper !!

Was just in there this morning. The store is organized well however the cashier seemed to be interested in talking to their friend rather than helping guest. Was the only person in line so I put my stuff down and went somewhere else.

Had a great experience at this store! The staff (especially the manager) were incredibly patient and helpful as I shopped for jeans with my very active toddler. Found what I needed. Will definitely come back to this location.

(Update)This is a great go to in Leduc for a lot of workwear oil field or not. It is a smaller store and that means floor space is a premium. It doesn't mean it's any less of a store, just need to know that they won't have everything like a flag ship shop. You can still order and have it sent for pick up.Staff is still friendly and helpful.(Old)It's my local shop and I see what I need a lot of the time, if not I'll buy it online and have it shipped in.The selection for the store's size is reasonable and plenty. It covers items from oilfield FR to nursing scrub footwear included. There are experienced merchandise workers who can walk you through better products than what you've been eyeing on.E.g. I was always fixed on being cheap with steel toes and I opened up one year because the last pair of cheap discounts dug hard into my ankles even after a break-in. I explained my position and job demands (medical issues included). I was given a few pairs to try and WOW! They all felt magical, to this day my Caterpillars aren't straining my feet, I can do more before my exhaustion point too. I should have invested more on my feet a long time ago, don't cheap out, ask questions and pay for quality.The pictures I've attached are the pair I bought 3 years ago, I am a boot blacker hobbyist and my maintenance might make these last 1-3 years more. Even if you don't do what I do they'll last you a good 2 or 3 years if you punish them.

I bought helly hansen weyburn parka winter jacket yesterday, one of the staff did a great job on assisting and helping me to find a winter jacket. The cashier (minnie) was very friendly. I want to say thank you to Tanveer for doing a excellent customer service experience. Highly recommend.
