Hello. After being in Sherwood park. And the man not knowing what I was looking for. I called the store the next day. Asked for the manager. It was him!! No way. I was now lost in space with a manager who doesn’t know what I want. Nor did her even bother look on his little store catalog. So if he is the manager what a serious problem they have. I called Leduc store. I was helped right an away. The lady knew what I was asking for. Took the time to give me different options and was happy to do so. Now that was old time service. Someone else go listened and went as far as the catalog would go. Thank you CRYSTAL! Great customer relations thank you

We celebrated my son's 8th birthday at Michael's in one of their party rooms. I booked online, which was very easy and there are many different party themes to choose from. The staff was amazing and kept the kids engaged with fun crafts for the first hour and then we had another hour for snacks, cake and presents! What a wonderful experience hosting a party this way. It's much more relaxing for parents and quite affordable compared to other party options.
