I went into Minute Man this morning in a panic. I was headed to Ontario in a few hours for my parents celebration of life. I was printing out memory cards at home when my printer decided to break.
I tried Staples first and got the worst customer service you could ask for. They were unable to help me due to their policy. All I needed was 20 copies on 100 lb. cardstock on the coloured paper I brought in.
I quickly went to Minute Man. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and showed compassion. She not only quickly made the 20 copies but also offered to cut them for me. The genuine empathy I received was and is greatly appreciated!
I will definitely be going back for any of my needs in the future! I wish I would have thought about them first.
To the lady behind the counter, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You took a very stressful and emotional situation away from me.

Amazing service and final product. Designer was very accommodating of several changes during the proofing process and the quality of clothing (hoodie to be exact) is incredible. So soft and well made. We love our order and I will absolutely be ordering again.

Amazing products. Exceeded timeline quoted. Very professional and helpful staff. Always use for excellence in products. Had them do custom German Shepherd bookmarks and our custom calendar. Excellent finished products. Staff are great to work with and provide proofs.
