I called there i was on hold for a 25 minutes I called back the guy was very rude to me I won't be dealing napa here in leduc ever again. Today whoever was on staff today may 27 at 12 17 pm needs to fired and rehired!!! He hung up on me and was very rude ? very disappointed ?

I was just at this store for the first time to purchase some items and was greeted by the friendly staff as soon as I walked through the door. I then proceeded to the counter area where I was then served by a younger gentleman by the name of Chris. His knowledge of the products was 2nd to none and the way he went about serving me in a professional, yet personable way was something we rarely see these days. He is a great asset to say the very least and is the reason Leduc NAPA now has a regular customer in me. I have many many friends who are frequent purchases at the various NAPA stores throughout the city and I assure you that thanks to the service from Chris, I’ll be sending everyone I know to this location. I’ll definitely be doing a shout out to this store on my various social media accounts, so please be sure to let this Chris guy know that the way he represents this store in such a professional and personable way is highly noticed by us customers, as the impression he leaves on us is 2nd to none, especially in todays society. Cheers to NAPA for having guys on staff like Chris and also a big cheers to Chris for such professional service.Merry Christmas to you all !!

third time in a row I’ve been there and had to walk out after waiting 10+ minutes with no help or “we’ll be with you shortly”. Terrible service do better.

Who and why are you buying parts here!! The prices are absolutely unreal. The mark up is insane. There are so many other options. Amazon.. $50 Toyota dealer.. $180 Napa.. $305 WHY!!

On hold for about an hour when I tried to ask cannot be placed on hold anymore they just automatically show me back on hold don't waste your time phone Warehouse services they were able to help me quick and were less expensive as well

I was there 2 minutes before closing and they were able to help me and get me out quickly. I always appreciate coming here to get my auto parts. I love how knowledgablenthey are and that they are always kind to answer all questions and get me the right parts.

Tom is a great guy that always wants to help and will help me find them. 5 out of 5"Wilf" on the other hand, complete opposite. Seems like he's just there to waste the day and is dismissive. He gets a 0 out of 5.Thanks for bringing my parts in, keep it up

I would highly recommend Napa auto parts Leduc. They’ve always provided me with outstanding customer service just yesterday I was looking for a spark plug for my lawnmower and Tom went above and beyond to make sure I got the right one. It was a rare spark plug but he tracked it down for me. Thanks Tom!?

I placed an online order for two small items to be reserved for pick-up in-store on June 19th. After 3 weeks without any sort of contact from the store telling me my parts were in, I called to find out, and was told they had my parts after about 10 minutes of searching. The next day I went to the store and they not only sold me the wrong part which was 3x more expensive than the one I ordered, they did not even have the actual part I ordered in stock, and would have to ship it here from Vancouver. As if that wasn't the worst of it, I was told that they couldn't honor the sale I ordered the parts with because they only honor sales within 48 hours of the order, then proceeded to tell me that it was MY fault that I didn't contact the store within 48 hours of placing the order. This is ridiculous, it is the STORE's responsibility to contact ME within 48 hours of my order, and I should not be punished for their laziness. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from this NAPA location again.
