“This is a thank you to Johnny at the Leduc Staples store. I bought an iPad at Staples but I was having trouble connecting it to my iPhone. I called the store and another person answered and said to bring it in and he would help me. When I got to the store the young fellow was busy and Johnny happened to come by and asked if he could help. Well it seemed like a half an hour later, after many attempts, re-entering passwords, and changing passwords, we finally got it working. Throughout this time Johnny was patient, respectful, supportive (saying other people have had this problem too) and kept reassuring me that it would work. I am an older senior and sometimes young people do not have patience when we are not tech savvy but not Johnny. I very much appreciated how Johnny treated me and I want to send out Kudos to him.”
