I had an electrical issue and after washing my truck it would not start. I was stuck in a wash bay and needed to clear out as soon as possible. I was lucky and there was a tow truck a few bays down.
They come over and got me out of there right away and towed my truck back home. The driver was training a new guy and was doing a great job explaining everything to his trainee and both guys were professional with great attitudes. The price was very fair and would definitely use them again if my truck continues to give me attitude.

Had my truck towed to Leduc Chrysler from the WalMart parking lot for a no crank condition. The operator who showed up brought a new guy with him. When I wrapped my head around the mentoring that was going on I did something. I took the new guy aside for a moment and told him to take advantage of the situation and learn what he can. Then I took the operator aside and told him how I appreciated what he was doing to train the new guy. Told him to go ahead and take advantage of the opportunity, I wasn't in a hurry. I went ahead and made my way to Leduc Chrysler and met the driver, the new guy and my truck there. My truck showed up safely and in a timely fashion. Kudos to the operator for being diligent and for taking the time to train a new operator.

Dwayne was my operator and he towed my 1987 Camaro for me. I was being extremely picky with who picked the car up and I’m glad they sent Dwayne. He did an incredible job and took excellent care of my car. Would highly recommend!

This was the first time I’ve ever used Oil Country Towing and let me tell you I will always use them. Jared was excellent, so helpful and fast. This towing experience was amazing. Can’t thank your company enough but most of all Jared for his hard work and positive attitude and energy. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. 100% recommended.

$500 to get my truck home to the city when it could drive on a deck is insane. No recommendations from me. Fixed it in 20 minutes on the side of road instead.

So happy with oil country towing! Dwayne arrived very fast and kept me updated as to when he’d arrive and after my vehicle made it safely to where it needed to go. Would highly recommend!

Despite me giving the wrong address they still put the time and effort into trying to find me,once arrived keith was amazing and very helpful got my car up and on the truck bed perfectly i would highly recommend these guys,they are fast and effective🔥🔥

I've used Oil Country twice in the past few months. Both experiences were great. Cost, speed of service and overall quality were excellent. My last time, both the driver Keith and the dispatcher provided great communication and updates while I waited.
