Drivers and parking were great. No complains but the old lady is horrible customer service. We were trying to be patient because there was a malfunction when we first got there. She on the other end was understandable at first. When we got there, she told us to just screenshot as we booked for two cars. But when we came back and were about to pay, she said it wasn’t possible, when it was her idea. Then continue to make us pay full price when it said there was a discount online. Then after she close the window on us. Ruined my night and ruined the ending to my trip. So frustrating. That lady is impatient and rude and one of the most ignorant people I’ve ever met.

Price is fair, but the customer service from the lady at the gate was horrible. We had issues with our phones and didnt notice until we got to the gate. Turn out they have no other way to see your file other than your confirmation number. They cant search by license plate, phone number, name...only the number that you got. The lady was not patient, specially when she had to get out of her seat to help the people behind us. We tried to back up, she said we could, she was pissed. The shuttle drivers though were kind and respectfull always, they are the reason this place will still get some starts from me.

Really easy to deal with. Fast and just a great experience and I felt price was good for the week. I also heard if you forget your window down, they will tape it up for you.
