Amazing staff and service! I placed an online order for some cat food. Next day I got a call saying they are out of stock which wasn't a big deal for me. They called me as soon as it was available for pick up and they delivered it to me since I was in the area. Thank you again!! I will definitely be buying all my cats stuff from you guys!!

Excellent staff here. They took the time to make my shy dog comfortable & gave her some treats as well as helped me find the right size of winter boots. We buy our food & treats here they always have a fully stocked store with many options.
Appreciate the kind service, keep it up!

We were in town with our dogs, husky and Dalmatian. We are regulars at our hometown Pet Valu. But I have to say the customer service at the Leduc location was unmatched!! It was our husky's birthday and we went in to get him a treat and toy, along with our regular purchase of dog food. Katie and Heather were outstanding. They made us feel welcome, offered the dogs complimentary treats, and a bowl of water! They spent time getting to know us and the dogs. We will definitely be back to this location or even make a special trip back! Our dogs were so happy they didn’t want to leave.

The staff at this store are amazing. They carry great products. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The owner is beyond amazing. He has gone out of his way to get me products that I am looking for, even having a collar customized to suit my needs. I have never liked a store and its staff more. They have my full loyalty.

Today Sept 07/25 we had a situation where a dog was dropped off with no food at our home due to a relatives sudden medical emergency. At four minutes to this stores closing I called and asked for a specific dog food that this dog required and they had it in stock. I asked if they would be so kind to remain after closing to help us out in this awkward moment and they said yes, no problem.
My wife went to the store and was greeted with a very kind welcome with the food at the ready.
In another kind show of respect they wished our relative well and displayed an attitude of caring I thought was outstanding.
This is incredible customer service and I highly recommend this store on their compassionate understanding.

There was a dead fish in a container clearly they are not fed at all the worker lied and said they didn’t have any treat samples to give out and there was a dead house HANGING from the hamster wheel DO BETTER👎

There is a ton of selection, it's all ridiculously priced though.
I also couldn't move two feet without nine people asking me if I was going ok.
