We had a trailer spring break when we were moving back to Ontario. Wanting to get back on the road quickly, PJ Trailers juggled their work around and were able to take us in the next morning. They had us on the road by 12:30. Their work was thorough and professionally done!! We pulled that trailer 3400kms home with no other issues. Thanks once again for your professional work and personal touch!!

My wife and I have nothing but absolute appreciation for the honest and integrity working with us both on our trailer well needed repairs. John the service manager is by far an outstanding professional for his suggestions as to what we needed for repairs to our trailer wheels and new tires . Place an order April 22nd 2025. Seen it was still in processing I called asking about where my order was after I paid for a 2 to 3-day shipping. Was told that they're going to get it sent right away then received an email on May 1st saying they could not find the item. It was previously sold. Very dissatisfied with this service. I still haven't received my refund and it is May 6th 2025 I do hope they make this right. Not sure what is taking so long update just received my refund May 8 2025 16 days from ordering to receiving a refund 😞 i should of been notified right away I will give a two star rating since I was refunded

Spoke with Cory “the sales professional” on the phone today as I was fully prepared to buy a brand new trailer from them, I asked if there was old stock available to purchase / something discounted possibly & I’ve never experienced such a cocky / disrespectful person that’s supposed to be a sales “ Professional” I will be taking my company purchases elsewhere.

Just picked up my new PJ trailer U7 Utility trailer, the trailer is perfect for what I need it for! The staff here are absolutely genuine people! I had a 16ft. PJ dump trailer for 13 years. It was amazing!!! Super amazing! So amazing that I went out of my way to pay more for a new one. Unfortunately the metal is about 1/3 as thick, door won't stay open when dumping and the head manager in charge of warranty is pretending like this isn't a systemic issue which every other person I talk to say it is. For all of these reasons, I can not recommend this company. As a Landscaper, I haul 7 loads a day. I know trailers. PJ used to be the best! Now it is total garbage with no support. Apparently, he is new in his position, meaning they fired the previous guy and hired well...This Guy.

I brought my prized flat deck trailer in to have the brakes checked and this team treated my trailer as if it were their own.
From drop off to pickup, all the staff I interacted with were very kind and professional in my trailer service request.
Excellent team, I would recommend.
