Lina, the cashier was soo terrible! She was terrible. We just asked for change in Loonies, and she pretended like she didn't hear my friend, who was really polite. Then I repeated, because she seemed like she already hated my friend. Then she closed the cash register (which you can't open again), and snapped at us "go to the bank". What a crappy person. If you can't hold it together when somone respectfully asks for some change... as a cashier, get a different job. This lady needs to get fired. Really. Like how can you keep an employee like this? If you can't even handle a few friendly customers, you must be a terrible at the rest of your job. Even tried to call the store to file a complaint, for the unnecessary aggression and they don't answer the phone. A manager needs to seriously talk to this woman. Lina needs this incident on file, and somone should take corrective action.

When you're ordering through a provider (skip or uber) worker of rexall packs the items and gets the order ready for the driver to pick up.
Twice now I've placed orders for rexall and had not just items missing but also been given items I paid full price for with savers stickers half ripped off them. What poor business. The items are either already past their best before or close to the best before. If im paying full price and for delivery and a tip I just expect more from the staff when packing the order.

extremely rude will hang the phone up on you and have no intention whatsoever to find a solution act like robots reading a script you can tell there not not paid to listen what an awful interaction

I went to Rexall for years when Allan was the pharmacy manager the pharmacy was great. The new pharmacists arent willing to help customers out by looking into files to see what medications are allowed. I got meds in Oct filled at Rexall no problem. I went in April 20 and told they can't fill my script, the same as Oct because I'm not allowed the drug. The Dr was wrong and they were right and refused to fill. I ended up going to Shoppers where I should of gone in the first place. I was in and out in 20 mins and the meds were just given to me. I guess the Dr was wrong giving me the same pain med a few hour bf getting this refill. This isn't the first time I've had a issue with 2 female pharmacists now and I've pulled my file. They were discussing my meds in front of customers by talking from the back of pharmacy to the customer waiting room, not confidential or professional at all.
All the new pharmacists are not professional and I don't recommend anyone wasting their time by going here.

Went to pick up a package from Canada post. It's open inside the rexall from 9am to 8pm. I was in shortly after because I work. The woman refused to release my package for me. Ridiculous. I've never had a good experience here. I don't shop here and it has just been solidified that I never will going forward either. I will call canada post and have them send my package elsewhere. Thanks for nothing. I'm not surprised you have so many awful reviews.

Would like to share my today's experience, I went many times to rexall for chips or drinks but today when I visited felt so bad because a cashier who was working she was rude and not friendly she was an old woman... She was supposed to me as a homeless because I am from different country?
