Slow, and never open on time. I'm waiting to get a service as I write this. (7:30am). No respect for peoples time. Also 9 times out of 10, they only have 1 bay open.

Don’t fall for the finance pitch. if you take the extended warranty we can get you a lower rate. That’s a scam/ up sale tactic. If you hear this walk out and don’t sign anything before that

Not overly impressed with the reception. I called a few days ago to confirm their hours for an oil change and she said Monday-Saturday certain times and they don’t take appointments. Ok fine so I drive from Red Deer on Saturday because I work during the week and I got my vehicle from here so I get my first oil change free. I arrive to find out it’s closed due to Monday being a holiday. It would have been nice to know before I drove all that way.

I had a Fabulous Customer Experience atSchwabs with Dave Krasowki! I had put out some feelers looking for a vechile with low mileage that was owned by an older couple or single senior to some of my friends.. Upon not having any leads come up. I decided to check out some dealerships. My husband said let’s check out Leduc so we did. When I saw the schwabs sign I said let’s stop here as my Dad worked for GM motors as mechanic and later a Service Manager most of his life. We walked in and we met Dave. I briefly explained my needs to Dave. He says I just had a couple who had a Great trade with low mileage it was an Equinox. It wasn’t available to show us, but Dave showed us his vechile and how the back seats laid down for more Cargo Space it was perfect. Then we came back the next day as per Dave’s prompt call as he had two other vechiles in the price range we were looking at. One was a Acadia which was a little bigger vechile and one a Terrain! The Terrain we test drove was Beautiful and perfect. Then a Family member mentioned looking for a terrain newer with some warranty on it! Dave had the Perfect Terrain for our needs. I’ve had it 4 days it’s Amazing! I also met Kira in Finance while inquiring about extended warranty’s as well Shawn. The employees at Schwabs a hardworking, kind hearted, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to meet your needs to the best of there abilities! I would recommend Schwabs in a Heart Beat.

I brought my truck for servicing on a Saturday and was told that couldn't get to it until Thursday , Got a call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up on Wednesday. Super impressed with the service department

Don't take your vehicles here for diagnostic, they are incompetent.2022 suburban with a rattle underneath. They are blaming studded tires bit has been doing it since August ?.

I went in to have my tires changed over. My appointment was at 9:15 and I arrived at 9:00. I was told my car would be ready at 11:00. I was staying and waiting for my car. At 12:00 I went to find out what was happening and they told me that the lug nuts had swollen and they needed to be replaced. I told them to go ahead and they said that they would have to order them from NAPA as they didn’t have any in stock. I paid for them right away. I was told it was going to be another hour. At just after 1:00 I was told that the lug nuts had not arrived but they managed to put the old ones back on with great difficulty. This was after I had waited for 4 hours. They would let me know as soon as the new ones arrived. A week later I called them to find out if they had arrived yet and they said they would check and get back to me. When I hadn’t heard back from them by 3:00 I drove over to check in person and found that they did have them. I took them home with me and a friend changed them out for me. I will never use or recommend your service to anybody.
