Everyone is super friendly, donating is quick and easy, the store is nicely laid out. Things are easy to find and prices are way lower than Goodwill.

Hands down worst shopping experience I've ever had. I walked in and was immediately greeted with dirty looks by the staff (I'm assuming it's because I walked in 20 minutes before they closed). They shut off the lights as I was browsing the clothing, still with 15 minutes to close. They would not allow me to try on any clothes and were extremely rude about it. I could have tried on the clothes, paid, and been out of there before 5pm but due to the HORRIBLE customer service I put my items down and walked out. A coworker of mine planned to shop there tomorrow but after I shared my experience with him, he will also be shopping elsewhere. The staff at Karen's Diner (who's literal job is to insult you) have better customer service skills than the ladies at Second Glance.
P.S. If you're looking for vintage clothing, check out Side Street Vintage instead. I went there immediately before Second Glance and had the most pleasant shopping experience without feeling rushed or judged.
