I've been stopping at this Shell station for a while, and I have to say, the recent changes have been incredible. Since the new management took over, the place has undergone a very positive transformation. It's clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's humble staff at gas station that clearly takes pride in its work.
The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that there's consistently a lineup for the single washroom. It's clean when you get in, but adding a second restroom would significantly improve the experience. Otherwise, excellent work! Very satisfied.

Personally this is the worst shell I have been to. They said that they were open 24 hrs but when me and my friends tried to go they couldn’t let us in. And one of the workers let two guys go in side. I do not understand why but he wouldn’t let us in.

I went to the gas station as always I insert my card for the payment and the payment was approved but when I pick the nozzle for gas, suddenly on the display it say ( please see the gas attendant ) and I went to see the man inside and asked what happened is that station is working he simply told me the payment is declined and when I ask for the declined receipt. He refused me to give the receipt also and I saw to that man that payment has already been deducted from my account after reviewing he was still declining for the receipt. Worst customer service ever.

Avoid this disaster of a gas station if you can. This location is a pit stop for all the crazy amazon drivers who use this place as a socialization area. They hog all the pumps, coming here in massive waves (there were DOZENS of their vans all at once) and waste people's time chit chatting in their punjabi language very loudly, as if they are screaming at each other. That, or they are playing their loud ponjabi music and causing public disturbance. There are plenty of other gas stations not too far from here so don't come here.

The staff are very nice and pricing is determined by the other stations around.
