Ordered 15pk beer through skip. Cost 40 plus dollars with good tip. I received an 8pk instead. Skip driver told me to contact skip. Which its known that the merchant is responsible for proper service. I called store and even though the guy admitted that he messed my order up he refused to send the rest of my order or offer any thing for the bad service. Very poor management. I will not bring my business there again. If you tell the customer it's your fault at least try to fix the problem instead of giving them a run around. Horrible service. An 8pk of beer should not put you out 40 plus dollars.
