Unprofessional and unreliable!! We had 2 packages shipped on Wednesday... Message will get to the US by Friday.One was delivered, the other was not.and none of them know where its at!!!They are not taking any responsibility for it. For sure one of you stole it!!! Worst experience ever. Avoid them at all cost!

The stores hours are 9am and unfortunately i have been a few times when the store has yet to open well past it’s scheduled posted store hours!

Store is always dirty and cluttered. The guy who is there everytime I have ever been there makes me feel like he doesn't really want my buisness. Like my buisness is a inconvenience to him. Last time I was here I walked out without doing my buisness because he made me feel like it was a hassle because it was a long weekend and he was closing early which wasn't posted. So I walked out drove all the way to UPS Ellerslie and she was happy for my buisness. I mail a package once a week and this is the store on my way home and I will never ever go here again. Should really check up on your stores and see how disgusting the store is and literally stinks

Sent my package to wrong address call them multiple times and no follow up. After two days my neighbor sent the package to my house. Never ever use again their customer service and Leduc branch is no help at all.

Never have shipped anything large before, and the Manager here was absolutely stellar. He helped me ensure my package was well wrapped, and secured nicely (electronics), while also helping me get the best shipping price possible for such a large item. I will definitely be using this location any time I need to ship anything.

Would be nice if the store is opened the hours that are listed on the door, website and Facebook page. It states you are open until 6:30 pm, went today and you were already closed by 5:40 pm.. possibly earlier than that.
