the worst Walmart I have ever seen in my life, no customer service all the staff are rude specially who pick up the phone, they told me I can't connect you to other department call again and press 0 when I did this someone picked up and I ask for something they put me on hold for almost half an hour and hang up on me. What the hell . is this a customer service, no wonder why you guys have 2 stars only which you don't even deserve.

Very bad customer service. They are very racist towards black. All the managers an customer service representative. I believe someone means to stand with them . They are very rude an it is not a good place to work or shopping. RACIST PEOPLE. This racism must stop. THIS is ridiculous.

The pharmacist is unnecessarily rude and completely unwilling to help patients. The reason I was provided with was that he just didn't want to. Laziness.

Not speaking for all staff but the one I fell upon today was rude & unbecoming of a medical practitioner. Made me very uncomfortable and judged for having a mask exemption due to underlying conditions- if anyone should understand I would hope it would be a medical professional.

If I could rate Craig alpine the pharmacist it would be -100. He has zero customer service. He’s rude, doesn’t listen and should not work anywhere he has to deal with people.

Very bad service they all free but I still wait and I asked for please check fever for my son and recommend some medicine she say we don’t do it here buy a new thermometer go home and check your self. They are pharmacist they have a lot of experience and knowledge, if they don’t have time or can’t help the people. It’s very shame full

Very bad customer service by Anjali (and her Technician - old lady) and questioning attitude instead of providing the service that customer needs.Moral of the story aka experience - don't interfere and when you don't need to, ask questions that are valid and relevant to services being rendered. I have been to other Wal-Marts and never had such an experience!
