Just was treated very rudely By the attendant just now. I have previously bought nicotine gum several times at this location And unfortunately, I don’t know if this man missed most of his training or doesn’t comprehend regular English, but I could clearly see packs right behind his counter and refuse to give me access to them or allow me to purchase them at all and stated over and over again that you didn’t know what I was talking about, even though I could clearly see them from where I was standing

Was not happy with the service i received over the phone. I place an order for ice tea and received a 7-up trying to tell them that i wanted ice tea. I told them i was gonna place an order and see if they got it but they kept talking over me. They hung up on me twice. I been a long time customer and i wont be going there no more.

Pretty typical 7-11. Not the best part of town so you know what to expect but I’m giving the 5 star review for our cashier, Sara, she was incredibly sweet and friendly. Very great service from her

Getting real sick of the lack of customer service,these people that these stores hire just make going into these stores a horrible experience. The Non-Canadian employ there grabbed my products so aggresivly that he dropped my pop and Red Bull on the ground! Then tried giving me attitude when I wanted to exchange the products that he dropped on the ground. Rang my product through and did not even scan my 7-11 rewards card. Maybe its time to start hiring Canadians and bring back our pleasant country! These people that all these retailers are hiring are just uncaring robots! I sure miss the old Canada! Again maybe try hiring a Canadian to fill these positions and leave the robots in their own country! Will never step foot in this poor excuse for a 7-11 ever again!

The staff at this store was very good. As for 7-eleven, trying to 'save the earth' just lost another customer. Your paper paper straws are useless for what they are being uses for.
They SUCK!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE of this 7-11!!The cashiers are adding a charge to every transaction for a promotional Ottis Spunkmier cookie. It'll say something like $1.69 and then -$.99 right after.I was quite upset that two different cashier's did this to me on two different days WITHOUT even telling me anything about it, or even offering me the cookie until after I made a comment about it.I told them to take it off my total, and the guy asked me if I wanted the cookie and I told him NO! I'm actually quite upset he did that to me. SCUMMY!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, OR BE AWARE TO SAY SOMETHING TO THEM!?

Horrible exp at this place last night. Wife and i stopped in to get some late night munchies after a movie. The cashier working was rude, had to be asked 4 times to get a hotdog. She acted like she did not care and was very rude. We got some chips that were 2 for 9.50 or so. Get em up to till she charges full amount for each bag. I ask for refund says she cant. So were forced to pay full price cuz she didnt knkw howbto do a refund. Go elsewhere.
