Ordered the 20pc wedges off of Doordash and received 3 pieces. Called the store to let them know of the error and realized there was a pricing error on the app. Manager/person on the phone was very rude and probably shpuld not be in customer service. I'm quite certain no one is going to bother trying to fix this even though they could just call Doordash to have it corrected. Just going to let people continue to be disappointed. Might want to find a better manager. Whoever answered the phone at 11:05am on Sunday October 6, should not have a job.

Extremely rude older lady named Joanne. Glared at me the whole time I was in the store and was extrenly rude when asking if they had a certain sub brand. Treated me like I was stupid for asking a question and didn't even answer what I had asked.

The incompetent workers gave my DoorDash order to someone else, and cancelled my order instead of giving it to the driver. The phone member is out of service so you can’t contact them, and the workers clearly can’t understand how DoorDash works. I would like to discuss, but you can’t contact them. They will cancel orders that they messed up on. Go elsewhere.

This 7-Eleven seems to be working really hard to NOT let any customers have napkins. There's not a single napkin dispenser in the entire store! And if you ask an employee for napkins, they'll tell you they don't have any. This doesn't seem to be a one-time "Oops, we ran out" situation; the last several times I have been here, they have seemed to be on an unspoken mission to eradicate all napkins. Seems weird.

I would like to recognize the manager in this store, she seems new as I always go to this store, she is very friendly and always maintain the store clean, I even saw her cleaning and scrubbing floor at night, she is very personable and fun,But there is one customer comes hysterical, and she is amazing handling it professionally. She is definitely a gold employee.

Bad experience today is 3rd May. I bought chicken wings from them. The food was undercooked and the lady (Aloa) was so rude. When I went there for complaining about food, she told me I don’t pay them and ran away but I had paid them.Firstly they gave undercooked or expired food. Their first mistake and the second mistake they rather then accepting their mistake they blamed me that I had not paid for the food.If there would a choice of giving negative rating then I would give the lowest to them.

the older "LADY", 15 min ago .... 6:45pm april 23'rd who is miserable and RUDE evertime i enter the store , only because shes too "busy" eatin a corn dog in the back , not assisting customers . WHEN its too much for the sweet young lady that was working with her , she takes her anger on CUSTOMERS ,ASWELL AS HER CO WORKERS.THE little Blond lady ,that is there almost every day is GREAT, SHE SHOULD BE MANAGER. SHE IS Always working and VERY hard and pleasant Even if she's going threw something..........

Im 32 years old and have been buying smokes every day here for the last two years from the same people. Suddenly today they refuse to sell me smokes anymore without ID? ok. good way to loose 700$ a month in business. That's okay though I found out the circle k down the street is 2.20 a pack cheaper.
