I think the employees should be trained in communication, barely have any etiquettes to talk. This employee named deeshika took my order for some fresh food and trying to hand me the food already been made even though i already said before making the transaction that i need fresh food, she was hesitant in making it fresh for me after the payment, started helping other customer while talking to me, do they even train them customer service.?

Coffee is never made and when it is its practically water, same goes for the slurpees. The hot food is often either dried out or flimsy, and the price you pay you'd expect it to be atleast half decent.
HIRE ME TO DO A BETTER JOB THAN THESE TEMPS!!! Until I get a phone call I won't be paying for the items I take from here

I was coming from a long distance to buy the taquito. It's so disapponting to see the guy who's working is talking in the phone with the ear phone and kept all the hot food empty and saying machine is not working. It's better to keep the store closed for people's convince and to save gas.

I asked for 2 taquitos that they had cooking and they took 10 minutes to make some in the oven and if you’ve ever had them not off the rollers they are soggy as hell and undercooked. Oh and the place is an absolute dump whenever I’m in there garbage is all over the floor.

Ordered the 20pc wedges off of Doordash and received 3 pieces. Called the store to let them know of the error and realized there was a pricing error on the app. Manager/person on the phone was very rude and probably shpuld not be in customer service. I'm quite certain no one is going to bother trying to fix this even though they could just call Doordash to have it corrected. Just going to let people continue to be disappointed. Might want to find a better manager. Whoever answered the phone at 11:05am on Sunday October 6, should not have a job.

Extremely rude older lady named Joanne. Glared at me the whole time I was in the store and was extrenly rude when asking if they had a certain sub brand. Treated me like I was stupid for asking a question and didn't even answer what I had asked.

The incompetent workers gave my DoorDash order to someone else, and cancelled my order instead of giving it to the driver. The phone member is out of service so you can’t contact them, and the workers clearly can’t understand how DoorDash works. I would like to discuss, but you can’t contact them. They will cancel orders that they messed up on. Go elsewhere.
