Had a reservation for vehicle detailing for 8AM this morning. I received a text yesterday confirming my appointment. Set alarm bright and early to get there on time. Got there a little early so took a walk down a street. During the walk, phone rings, it is A-Line Marine telling me their detailer quit yesterday so they can't help me. Why couldn't they call me yesterday and saved me from waking early and driving there?
