Thankful for their sale flyer in my mailbox. Drove across the city to get a great deal on white wine for Thanksgiving supper. Was going for one bottle, but the deal was so good that I saw another brand and bought that, too. Nice selection of refreshments.

Usually my husband comes to this Liquor store, because it's so close to our home. Today, I went, rode our bike there to only get followed by a young female whom was ginger with glasses up to the spot I grabbed what I was looking for and paid for it. I don't understand the following part? I'm not trying to pull a racial profiling card, but I am Native American and I didn't appreciate the stigmatism with her doings. That is, just be careful of your surroundings, I guess? Treat people equal, smh.

Visited this location and was refused services because even though I was not purchasing anything. Both of us are 34 years old. And even though my friend had their ID they also were refused services as well and the cashier was quite rude and recommended that we go to a liquor store down the road. I have been to this same location previously without issue. I suppose I will take the cashier's recommendation and not go to this location anymore.

I honestly don't expect much when I go to chain/discount liquor stores. I'm usually just looking for deals and familiar brands. I don't expect the same level of expertise I would get from a local, specialty shops. However, that was not my experience during my most recent visit to this Ace location. I was super impressed by the level of customer service I received when I came in looking for some sparking wine. The employee greeted me right away and when I told him what I was looking for, he brought me over the the section, asked questions about my preferences and offered lots of helpful suggestions. He was super knowledgeable about the products they carry. Thanks to him, what I would normally give 3 stars is bumped up to a 4. I will definitely consider this location next time I'm looking for wine.

Best discount liquor store in Lethbridge by far. Good selection.Dec 30th,2019Prices were not good as store took off sales prices for Xmas. Smirnoff 1.75 litre bottles usually $51.60 were raised to $59.42. When I asked why it wasn’t on sale on Dec 24th was told by lady at till they took off the sale on that item for xmas to make better profit for xmas. We actually drive into Lethbridge to this store because of their prices only to be told that. To say that to a good customer has me reconsidering where I purchase my libations. What a great Christmas surprise. And Merry Christmas to the owner. I had previously left my contact number and email and was told someone would get back to me as to why the difference but no one contacted me. Poor mgmt by the workers at this store. Dissatisfied with explanation and poor way to do business.
