Helped me in a pinch twice now, with today being the most recent. Drone was clipped by a moving vehicle and busted one of the arms. Drone was fixed and flying within an hour of drop off. Absolutely amazing

Was recommended AerialTech from a local shop to me for repairs. After getting in contact I sent my mini 3pro down to them from Edmonton. They had it fixed and back to me in 6 days. Which I didn't expect to happen. The price was great, considering it wasn't much more then the parts themselves I found online. Was a little more than the quote from the description I gave them. As one other thing was broken aswell, yet was still under what I expected to pay with repairs then the shipping. Great customer service and fast replies the whole time, definitely recommend them and hopefully not but will use their services again if needed.

First major crash with my drone. Went online to find a place to get it fixed. AerialTech was shown and was located in Lethbridge Alberta. Called to find out more info. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took drone in to have it checked. He said it was fixable and of course the piece that was broken needed professional help. Got quoted a fair price. Left it and was told five days. Called five days later and they had just fixed it. So went in and was told what the bill would be. Was 30 dollars less than the quote. That was nice usually the repairs seem to be more when completed. So glad that AerialTech was able to fix it and was done so fast. Will be going back to check out some of the drones they have in stock. The pictures are taken with drones. Thanks for the great service.

Very unprofessional service due to lack of the communication. One of our aircrafts was sent for repair due to crooked horizon during panning. Even though I was assured that problem was identified and fix is implemented, drone came back with same problem. After sending multiple emails throughout the fix process and after aircraft was returned, never got back a single reply from them. Overall: 3 weeks of time wasted, problem is not fixed, and emails are ignored.
