“Visited the store for the first time recently. The lady who helped me was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for us. I was looking to match thread with a very unique colour fabric; the lady took the time to help me and went through many different types of thread with me until we found a close match. On top of that, I had my busy 1 year old with me, so the lady let her play with one of their sample stuffed toys. The service I received was excellent. I most definitely will be visiting again in the future! Thank you for the great experience.”

“I went in to see if I could get a cop of a receipt so I could make a claim for an extended warranty on a tech item. They did the exchange on the spot, and said they would handle it on their side. I wasn’t expecting that at all the clerks were incredibly helpful and kind.”
“Tracy from customer service was absolutely incredible with helping me return something. It was a long process because my return was complicated.
After some time there was a huge lineup and she was working all by herself and called for help over the speaker 6 times and no colleagues came to help until the 7th time she called over the speaker for help.
She remained calm the whole time and dealt with everything and everyone amazingly. She deserves employee of the month and a raise and more!
