Prices went way up, no longer outlet prices, similar to the same prices in the mall yet you can’t return anything because they consider themselves an outlet.

I have been a customer at this store for several years, but I no longer consider it a liquidation store, as most items are now priced at regular rates rather than being on sale. Additionally, the pricing on various products appears inconsistent, leaving me uncertain about the costs of the clothing. While I would seek assistance from the staff, they often appear to be congregated in corners, engaged in conversation rather than attending to customer needs. Furthermore, many staff members exhibit rudeness and a judgmental attitude.

Used to come here all the time. The clothes were affordable and nice for a university student. They've removed all the sales, at best taking $10 off an already overpriced item. Corporate greed at its finest.

Had an experience here last week. I smiled at these two workers that work in the afternoon after they were smiling and chit-chatting to their other co-workers, but when I smiled at them they just looked away so judgementally; that lead to me feeling offended and just needed to say it here because it did ruin a part of my day even though it’s not a big deal. And what’s more is that the two workers I smiled were young and looked like they were in their college or high school years, please have better retail etiquette and manners despite the age or appearance your customers have. Also, this store had awesome 3 for $15 or 5 for $10 clothing deals as well as $7 dresses, pants, shorts, bottoms, etc. Nowadays, this store was my go-to store ever since 2017, and I’ve been shopping here for years and even at their old building that’s right beside the new one, but the prices are not that affordable even though it is considered cheap to others.

The outlet store has been nothing but good, the employees are so kind and will help you when you need, I find that most of the other stores in Lethbridge have more judgey employees this store however dose not.

The staff are always so rude to me. I think because im "black" woman they treat me like i dont fit in their fashion sense type.
Each time i get to pay they immediately have a bad attitude and rude or when im finding clothes they snob me if i ask a question.
Check the quality of your clothes anyway cheap material from China,::; guess you can buy best quality for canadians!
