Brand new fridge delivered in August. Broken since mid September. It is now October 31st and I still have no working fridge. Unreal. Customer service is useless and takes their sweet time. No care at all that I have no working fridge for 6 weeks now.
Last time ill be buying from Ashley.

Bought a bedroom suite two years ago there was a problem with one of the drawers sticking they sent a guy out to fix it from guest care and he said it was loose but there isn’t a lot of room to move in our bedroom told him he had to come then close the bedroom door instead he pushed the drawer to the dresser and pushed through then he tells me after a couple years should get a new dresser and after he put the drawer back in the dresser he was going in and out with it to see if it worked better but he was not being careful I have tv on top. And was shutting it so it shook.

I would give 0 stars if that was a option we bought a 4000 dollar couch in the first year it had to be repaired 8 times and every time they made it worse it still is a mess the one reclining couch they messed up bad it sticks out like s sore thumb .Now they used our 500 dollar extended warranty to fix something they broke and still looks horrible. I will never buy anything from Ashley's again

Steve was great to deal with, he was able to help us out with the furniture we were after. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t follow us around like a lost puppy. He would let us look and bring back what we found and he would then work out the pricing for us in a timely manner. I would recommend if you go there to ask for him. I look forward to doing business with steve again.

My husband and I walked in this afternoon to try and find a new bed so we can actually start SLEEPING. We worked with John to find the perfect bed for our busted bodies. He took the time to really understand our needs and help us find solutions. Even stayed a bit past close to help us (so sorry; time flew by! We appreciate the extra care).

Martha was excellent to deal with in finding a replacement leather chair. Very knowledgeable and professional with a personal touch even after telling me she is fairly new. Great place for home furnishings.

Staff at this location are great and did a wonderful job helping us, but the company as a whole is another story. Not sure I will ever purchase from them again.
