This place has gone SO downhill. For the first 3 years I did nothing but rave about this place and send business to them. As of these previous 2 years and especially after my most recent interaction with them, I will NEVER be buying insurance from them again and will take back any business I sent them. Their absolute disregard for clientele, lack of communication and above all, professionalism, have left me wondering why I've been loyal to a company for so long that just sees it's customers as walking ATM's. Plus to top it off, their rates have become "Astro-nomically" high compared to other places now. The only reason I would ever go back is to see the poodles...but honestly I think they left too...

Called Astro today about whether I could get insurance for my vehicle. They were not even interested in any details..not quotes but rather my situation. Was told you have to come in to see a broker then hung up! Now that's customer service! Business must be booming when you behave like this.

very inappropriate workers. the girls didn't want to work with me because my English is bad. They said that I made a mistake on the form, and I showed them the instructions for filling it out. they didn't even see her. terrible service.

Used to love Astro insurance but then they decided it was okay to take money when they felt like it. causing me to have NSF charges and then expecting me to pay them a extra $62 plus the full year. Pretty rude considering I have a monthly income with disability. And then taking me off monthly and saying I have to pay yearly. Twice they did this to me I am done with this company. Not to mention I've been with them for quite a few years sad that they can treat customers this way.

Tasha J is so awesome here. She deserves a raise. She helped me with registration while I was in another province. It was seamless to deal with. I had originally tried getting this done with chaprall and it was an absolute joke run around. Tasha is on the ball willing and eager to help. Very impressed with her customer service. Highly recommend seeing her for all your registration needs.

The ladies we met with today were incredibly snotty, seemed like our arrival was upsetting to them. Made my partner feel unheard and dirty. All we were trying to do was renew a license, and the girl made it seem like he was a criminal trying to scam her because he simply brought a copy of a document instead of the original. Horrible staff, just a bunch of mean girls.
