An individual can't even call the ATB and talk to anybody!!
Call-Press 2 to speak to somebody- and gives options for personal or business cards!
What if I want to set up a bank account?!
Or meet a financial planner?!
Even going through both options I get put on hold to speak to a Rep and it just Hangs Up. ?
It's absurd, yall really need to have sombody fix that.

As a student, this is a great place to not only bank at but also use as guidance. Don't usually have to wait long and the lovely ladies/men at the desk are always willing to answer questions. If you need to book an appointment, they get you one within 2-3 days if not the day of.

Worst customer service I've had at any ATB branch from Layal. If it was local one I'd be changing branches because of it. All other branches have been amazing especially my local one.

I have always had good personal service here. The staff are really nice. Very patient. Couldn't ask for better service . The staff even know you by name .Lately , they decided to eliminate the pass books, trying to get you to use online banking or get statements in the mail .Well , my mail sometimes wrongfully delivered to a different address. Someone else can open my mail and have access to my account . As the account number is listed . Further to this the statement I received was wrong ..

Amanda and all the staff are amazing!! They have all made my experiences wonderful and if there's ever been a problem, they go above and beyond to make things right! Everyone there has always been very helpful and great to deal with!
