    I purchased a Riot Bayside 12H kayak on sale at Atmosphere. It was the last one. I got it home and noticed there was a large dent in the kayak (probably a manufacturing defect). The folks at Atmosphere were amazing and brought another kayak from another store and let me exchange it. The customer service was amazing.
