“Stopped by to get a quote on some minor scratches. Kevin took the time to look at my vehicle and let me know how I could get the scratches out myself. Kevin said that if I wasn't happy with those results to come back and they'd take care of me. Not pushy for business or unnecessary repairs. Just seemed like good people trying to do their job. The vibes were good at this shop and I will definitely be using them if I never need some real body work.”

“Brought in a stock trailer that had brakes that were not working properly. Knowing that they had never been replaced since purchasing the trailer as a used unit, it was not surprising that I was informed that everything needed to be replaced which was done on time as promised. After towing the trailer home it seemed like I still had no brakes. I returned with the unit and after being looked at again by James he informed me that the brakes were in fact cutting in and out which indicated a trailer wiring problem. He also informed me that the suspension bushings were shot and that this should be addressed in the future. I took the trailer home and rewired it. Turns out James was right. The wiring had been done by the previous owner who indicated to me when I bought it that it was “completely rewired”; however after removing the old wiring I found T splices pushed back into the trailer, splices where they were not necessary, and several bare conductors indicating that the wiring was forced into the structure of the trailer. Just wanted to say thank you to James and Jeff for being professional and taking my concerns seriously. I will be booking in again to have them replace the bushings that they suggested. Well done!”
