The sales manager and I had varying views and weren’t able to come to an agreement on the value of the vehicles in play (1 trade in + 2 purchases). I understand that it’s a business, so no hard feelings, but the value of an item is what the purchaser is willing to pay (I was reasonable), not what the dealership advertises.
I ended up finding a great deal privately in Calgary, but would have preferred to buy from Joseph. Maybe next time.”

“I had my car in for service and they fixed it. My transmission was completely shot and they sourced the parts, fixed it up, and it’s been amazing ever since.
I went to plug in my block heater at the first snowfall, and my block heater cord was placed on the engine at some point and it caused the cord to rub on one of the belts in the engine. I called and said there was an issue, and I was told to come in on the Monday. I took my vehicle back in and told Jared about the issue and he said he’ll need to order a new one. 2 days later I got the call that the part was in. Upon pickup I received 3 cords; the original that was fixed, the replacement from Ford, and one from an auto wrecker. I went home with all 3.
I will only be recommending to everyone I know to go here, such fast and reliable service! High key Amazeballs.”

“Going to Fountain Tire South was one of the best mechanic experiences I've had. Both folks who I dealt with on the phone were clear and polite (I believe I talked to both Gary and Allen), and they exceeded my expectations in turnaround time. I was stuck in Lethbridge as I had driven down from Calgary, and had to be towed to the shop due to a dead alternator. The shop was only supposed to be open until 1:00pm on a holiday weekend (and a Saturday) and I couldn't get it towed until 11:30am, so I had admitted defeat that I wasn't going to make it back to Calgary that day. The team went above and beyond and called me at 12:30pm to let me know they'd finish the car by 2:30pm so I could make it back to Calgary that evening. The fix was affordable, and they really did go above and beyond to finish the work (which I would never expect of anyone on a holiday weekend). Thank you so much to your team, it really did make my week.”

“The starter generator on our golf cart stopped working. Unfortunately replacement brushes no longer available; so had to buy unit with available replacement brushes. They changed the belt wheel without asking and advised that two terminals switched.”
“Well, coming northbound from the US in my motorhome the engine decided to blow an hour south of Lethbridge. Did some Google searching and decided to go with Diesel Tech. Jenny at reception was great and compassionate to my woes while traveling! They gave me a pretty quick estimate the next day, even found a new motor that day also! Of course, I had to hotel it and rental car for a while, but less than a week later, they finished the job and under the estimated time to even save me money! It’s a big shop, they service, big rigs, buses, etc. and motorhomes! Five star to this crew for accommodating me and getting me back on the road!????”
