“The advisor (Prateek Sharma) explained each and everything clearly from account opening to online banking and saving annual fees on the credit card. i can’t say enough good things about my experience at this bank.
i am switching my main bank from rbc to here. i was getting charged when i did e-transfers and the people at rbc couldn’t even explain what was going on and they NEVER told me that i could waive my annual fees on my credit card but here i got all my answers. Its great to do business with people who actually know what they are talking about.
I highly recommend this branch especially if you get a chance to work with prateek. he was knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns and answered everything seamlessly.”
