“I went into the branch today and noticed a line 3 persons long and only one teller open, I thought it was going to be a long wait. It wasn't long however until I noticed people coming out of their offices and asking those in line if they could help them. I believe it was the branch manager who approached me and asked how she could help. It was moments later that I was in an office being helped by a very courteous person who helped with all of my requests in a timely fashion. Great customer service at this branch.”
