I ENJOY the VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL STAFF at the PARK PLACE MALL LETHBRIDGE BATH and BODY WORKS because as a WELDER, I REALLY LOVE the MANY WALLFLOWER PLUG-IN UNITS with ESPECIALLY the LEMONCELLO SCENT for
MY HOME!!!
I VISITED THIS STORE a FEW WEEKS AGO to FIND the STORE was OUT of the LEMONCELLO REFILLS, but THIS LAST SATURDAY, JULY 12th VISIT, I was VERY MILDLY SURPRISED because CINDY CAME UP to ME and SAID “WE HAVE the LEMONCELLO REFILLS IN TODAY” and I was VERY PLEASED to BE REMEMBERED PERSONALLY as a CUSTOMER by CINDY and HER STAFF!!!
I am STARTING to ENJOY the SCENTED CANDLES
and the MEN’S GRAPHITE, WHISKEY RESERVE and VANILLA BODY CRÈME are PHENOMENAL for a VERY GOOD, MOISTURIZING AFTER SHAVE BALM!!!
KEEP UP the WONDERFUL and AMAZING SERVICE BATH and BODY WORKS LADIES and
I will DEFINITELY VISIT YOU AGAIN SOON!!!

If I said I needed a duffle bag then the purchase was justified. But truthfully, it’s BBW!!! The Lethbridge store always have awesome staff who know their stuff & are a huge help.
I cannot help myself with this store. They keep you current on how you smell, look and feel.

With people out in droves due to Christmas shopping I had the best experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by an employee ready to help. I ended up finding 3 more candle scents! From there I was given the bag of candles to take to the till. 2 if the 3 tills were open so checking out was so simple. I don't think I spent more than 10 min in the store and I left with a smile. All staff were happy, smiling and above all provided excellent customer service.

Great selection. However, the car airfreshners don't work, and the gadget they sell with the airfreshner doesn't work with some car vents.

The staff there were amazing, had a damaged lid for one of the candles. They were quick to just swap the lid as it was the last candle of that scent. By far one of the easiest exchange process, and during the Christmas rush no less.?
