KARISSA helped me and my mother before a big trip and she truly went above and beyond her job description just to help me find what was perfect for us. It's nice to be able to trust a store and it's employees have their customer in mind and to feel like they care about the right fit. Not just making a quick sale! Had a wonderful woman help me find a backpack style I was searching for but when it came to the younger girl behind the till she barely spoke to me and then at the end of my transaction tossed my receipt on the counter and turned away without a word. As someone who works in customer service I'm always kind to other retail workers and being treated like that is super unacceptable. Hopefully she can be taught a better work ethic along with manners.
