Bmo use to be so much better ... Now I'm getting chargers after charges I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY I am definitely switching banks they dint try and help so just make up stupid reasona why they over chartered your bank and put you -77$ for nothing you people charge so much interest HOW ARE PEO0LE SUPOST TO GET AHEAD WHEN YOU STEAL IT ALL THE TIME . Bmo need a big wake up call honestly this bank is gett8ng worse and worse give me my money back !
I have lost over 300 bucks over randon CHARGES AND THEY WONT HELP ME I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND NOW IM MINUS 75$$ FOR WHAT ????? I am very upset and it's a shame to be with bmo lately I used to be proud to be with bmo but now it's a shame to be a bmo customer. Thanks for taking my money and not calling me back
I think they need to shut down this bank
and open a new one where people care about the customers and answers the phone. I wonder why bmo is going threw a lawsuit...
I have been with bmo for over 6 years and this is how a get treated and frauded from them. I have been been nice but no one wants to be nice back some customer service.......
Maybe they need to feel what's it like on the other side of the counter. Be in out shoes and see what you think.

Terrible service, no communication! I've had money taken out of my account, they said they would look into it, it's been months. Yesterday they decided to take my rent out of my savings because I couldn't cover the full amount I owed on a c.c, even though I had previously arranged a payment arrangement and they said it was ok.
Look for a different bank!

They do not support small businesses. They work against you and not with you.Making up a different excuse everytime we need to deposit a cheque, it's an impossible and frustrating service experience, every time. After 3yrs of this hassle we are moving our accounts.

I had a teller here tell me the $70 I was missing in my account isn't too bad because it's not a big amount.That is a big amount to some people and I don't feel like the bank teller that has no idea of the struggle some people are going through, should ever comment something like that. She could see the almost $0 in my account.It was just plain rude and not what I needed to hear on top of everything else that day.

I went to deposit a little over 700 this past Saturday the machine kept spitting out and taking it back it eventually took my money gave me back my bank card with no receipt I waited a little bit for the receipt didn’t receive any so I just assumed that the money would be deposited when I checked my account the money was not there I called my bank to let them know I waited to the next day since there was some technical difficulties with the machine still the money was not there the money has still not been deposited Bmo is doing an investigation now I’ve been depositing through the drive-through for the last couple weeks and so far there hasn’t been any issue but this last time I tried to deposit I’m quite disappointed because it was for my rent that is on the first and the day with take 5-10 business days to get a resolution. I don’t know what I’m gonna do about my rent I to have to explain things to my landlord and will still have to pay a late fee for my rent. I’m not sure what happened there because there hasn’t been any issues so far but I’m frustrated in regards to this last situation I wouldn’t suggest putting large amounts of money through the drive-through. Highly disappointed and hope I can get my money back. And hear back from someone soon

Great Bank very nice people, but used to have security guards so you could use atm walk in at night, now they lock the doors and expect you to use outside drive threw teller. Almost got hit standing there...because I pull trailers lots and cant drive three.

I had been with BMO for about 20 years. Through no actual fault of my own, there were some issues with my account, and so I went in to the branch to speak with them. I was treated poorly, and they were not at all receptive. I was trying to get some options, and was not given any. I'm so disappointed, and they seem to forget how powerful word of mouth can be. That's really too bad. I've now gotten set up elsewhere, by people happy to have my business.. and won't look back.

The tellers are snappy and unhelpful, turning down valid cheques and refusing to make eyecontact. Except Shiela. Shes awesome. Godwin (one of the guys in the little offices) is absolutely awesome and I love dealing with him! He is clear, concise, and does everything in his power to work with you. So glad to have had the chance to chat with him about our options! (PS. Shiela and Godwin are the only reason this place has stars).
