Going in is always better there are phone messages always say they will call you back but I've called 4 times in a month and I've never received a called back at this rate it's worthless to call them just go inside the building.

Been waiting in line here for 20 minutes already and only one person has gotten served. One teller and one other lady doing who knows what but not helping at all. Asked if there are any more tellers and the answer was ahh ummmm. With all our money in these banks you’d think more than one person is working. They better not say we’re closing and not help me after all this as it seems like two hours wait isn’t out of the question as I’m still 7th in line

Every time I come here there's 1-2 tellers able to help, and sometimes there's 5+ people waiting in line. I don't know what's going on but there needs to be more people able to help. Don't waste your time here, go to any other BMO

Went to theATM drive through and the screen was black and it wouldn’t take my card so though I would use the walk in ATM and the door was locked with no sign posted. So I had to go run around in the hospital to use the BMO ATM there. Just came over to BMO and am not impressed so far.

Live on West side Lethbridge. Drove downtown with intentions of using their ATM. No sign on outside door ATM was not working. Then had to proceed to tellers. 2 had customers they were assisting with middle teller drinking coffee and starring at computer screen. There was myself in line with one other customer behind me. All I wanted was $60 cash. I waited for what seemed forever and finally started to leave. At which time the teller finally said "I'll help whoever was next". I was half way out the door when customer grabbed me and said you go. I returned to the teller and told her twice what I wanted. Twice she stopped to talk to a coworker from back office. When I finally finished 10 people in line and I felted the the need to remind her the definition of CSR. This was September 20 at approximately 11.30 to 12 pm. I hope you will take the time to review the camera footage to authentic my claim. Also post a sign on door when ATM not dispensing funds. Looking forward to any reply you may have cause I have more to say

This place is usually busy, so its best to go through the drive thru, or go somewhere else if you want fast service. That being said, these tellers arent nearly as grumpy as the ones in North branch, so sometimes its worth the wait.

no service or customer support given after my wallet was stolen..... my accounts were cancelled but they have cancelled cards with no meaning and halted my every attempt to reset my online banking.

One of the stupidest choices for using BMO. There phone line always 10-15 minutes waiting and nobody picked up at all. There is no emergency system on ATM. once the ATM machine fail, you need to go to their branch to get a new card.
