So bought a pair of boots as a gift, they were a last pair and were discounted. The girl rang them up at the till and rang in the full price, I said are they not on sale and she said the sale ended yesterday. So she said that's 231.00 dollars, I put my card in the machine and by accident I put in the wrong pin entered it then hit the correction button and put in the right pin. The manager said hang on those are on clearance so she handed me the pay slip and it said transaction incomplete. I questioned her and she guaranteed me it is fine and it did not process and handed me the slip. She then rang in the right price and I again put in my card and pin. A couple days later I was looking at my banking and noticed I was charged twice for the boots, once at 231.00 dollars and again at 184.00 dollars. I returned to the store slips in hand and the clerk manager refused to credit me the 231.00 dollars and told me to call some number for their card processor. I am curious and at a loss for words. No help at all from anyone in the store. I refuse to ever shop their ever again. I am proceeding with advancing with this matter but I still find it very fishy there was no answers at all and no one wanted to deal with it. Also the transactions on my bank statement show a day apart.

Staff was busy understaffed. Amanda went above and beyond to help me with a pair of Dr Marten boots, on top of juggling everything she was doing. TOP NOTCH MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE FROM HER! ?

We went to Lethbridge Boathouse and there was a staff member who went above and beyond in customer service!!! Her name was Lilly we have been to other stores recently and I have never seen a girl work as hard as her! I was very impressed with her personality and how many people she was helping at one time witth a positive attitude. Thank you for the outstanding service!
