Gouged the crap out of one of my rims when installing new tires and made a half ass excuse then ghosted me going forward. No effort on the shop to fix what was clearly their mistake.. we are all humans and make mistakes, but it is a special kind to have no sense of ownership in their actions. Read the reviews and responses from this business. He has no ownership when it comes to his own or his crews mistakes, Would rather invest his time clapping back on Google instead of fixing things or making right of a situation.

They are not there when they tell you to come drop your car off and get a ride home.
Then they say they were there, but I knocked on the door, and I also waited 30 minutes. And no one was there, door says they open at 9. Door was still locked at 9:05.
An alignment does not take 6 hrs either.
As per his reply....
My phone call was at 9:17. I did not scream. He got very loud with me, and I hung up on him.
My service was prepaid. And we had arranged last week that he would give me a ride home. I could not leave my keys in the Dropbox because I needed a ride we previously AGREED on on Monday.

If you are looking for tires or repairs to your vehicle, this is the place to go. The service was above excellent. It was about 10 minutes to get the 2 tires I needed brought out and paid for, and they even placed them in my vehicle for me. Highly recommend going to this place if you need tires!

Worst tire shop in Lethbridge.Not only did they LOSE the lock key for my tires, they had me wait a half hour for my own appointment.There’s zero professionalism here, from the way the phone is answered to how you’re treated when you walk in the door - and then they keep your VIN-SPECIFIC TIRE LOCK; which I can’t replace.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!
