I wanted to send a letter with tracking, and I had no clue what I was doing. I asked the old lady there about basic tracking options hoping she would help me (because I don't ship things offen), and she said, "what do you mean?" She then proceeded to stare at me like I asked a weird question about shipping. Then I explained to her that I just wanted to know their tracking options. This question caused her to explain both options very quickly which I didn't even process them. I have spoken to younger employees that work here who are much nicer and respectful, but this old lady is very rude. I guess I will have to try and avoid her if I want some help on how to send things out with tracking.

I've yet to have a good experience at this post office. I miss the one that was in the Circle K on University Drive. (They were quick, kind and knowledgeable)Unlike this location you have 2 ladies that seem to really hate their jobs. It's not just me, I don't take it personally as they are rude to absolutely everyone, but the West side needs more postal outlets. I only go here to pick up a package, otherwise I will drive to the other location, and be treated like a human being.

The worst service. Manager that knows nothing. Express delivery was not delivered in 11 days.

Employee with initials MM was EXTREMELY helpful when I showed up 1 minute past closing early due to COVID. Can't recommend them enough.

This is the first time I've ever had a complaint for a place. I usually just brush off inconveniences and such but I've never been treated so rudely. When asking how much it is to send a letter along with packaging, and priority shipping, all I was receiving were short, curt answers with a rude tone. The employee helping me, Lynette, was extremely rude and I've never been treated like such an idiot in my life, in front of other customers no less. Even when I was apologizing she wouldn't acknowledge me or anything. I am very disappointed
