The countermen at the pro shop area really need some training on customer service, they seem very on edge and un-friendly, 2 of them anyway, should of catched their names but i will next time

Great service at the auto centre. Dani was friendly, helpful and courteous. Service was prompt, reasonable and well done. Highly recommend.

Guy at the hunting desk is too lazy to look for my size boots on the top of the aisle for me and lies when he tells me why he won’t. Ended up just grabbing a bench and doing it myself

No one knows what is going on.
Placed an order, went in for pick up a little while after it should have been available only to be informed they had cancelled it as they only had the floor model and wouldn’t sell. While trying to find information comparing models waiting on the store clerk I found what I needed else where for cheaper. Canadian tire doesn’t price match so I accepted they had cancelled my order and went elsewhere. I ordered and received the item from the other store, still no refund. Almost a week goes by and I happen to see that the purchase is no longer pending, but confirmed. After a run around with customer service they informed me the store never cancelled the order just went through with it and now had it waiting for me. Customer service can’t guarantee when the refund will be… maybe a few days, maybe 11 business days. Really unhappy with this kind of service. I don’t know if this is something they do to try and get extra sales. Hope people don’t realize the order was never cancelled and claim the items. I understand people are in need, just cause someone is ordering a child item (car seat) doesn’t mean you need to try and take advantage of them. Shame on Canadian tire this holiday season.

Canadian Tire fairway store. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Called to see if item in stock. Told he would check. Came back to phone and advised there was one left. I asked if they could hold it an I'd be there in 20 minutes. Was told can't hold sale items but as it was 8 pm and they close soon it would be there. So drove across town to be told the other store employee made a mistake as they had none left. Told me the other guy probably didn't botherooming. So after driving 40 minutes still don't have the item I wanted.
This is so typical of this store. Never again Canadian Tire, too many other places to spend my money. Complete waste of time

Having moved to Lethbridge from BC, I had to get my truck to pass vehicle inspection. The wrench crew at the back there were on it. Big plus for the front desk staff Dani and Jill who made the experience go smoothly over the bumps they found along the way to getting my truck on the road for Alberta. I think I’ll keep Canadian Tire here as my garage. Thanks everyone

So even worse I have an amendment. My mom brought her car this time to get tires put on and they tried saying her air filter was dirty. Funny thing is, I just changed it a month ago.
My mom brought our 2005 Explorer in for new shocks and was turned away because it was too rusty. So I did them myself when I had the spare time. We rarely drive this vehicle, and I have to say, this is by far, the least rusty vehicle I own, so it's safe to say that you won't be wanting any of our other business.
